Property Consultant
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to specialize in the sale of off-plan and primary market properties. In this role, you will represent leading developers, promote new project launches, and guide clients through investment opportunities.
You will act as a key liaison between developers and buyers, ensuring a seamless, professional, and rewarding sales experience from initial consultation through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan and primary market properties from local and international developers
- Stay up to date with new project launches, payment plans, and developer offers in Dubai and internationally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, investment goals, and budgets
- Conduct property presentations and project briefings (in-person, virtual, and events)
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle: consultation, booking, documentation, and handover coordination
- Attend project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and company events to generate leads and represent the company professionally

Coordinate with developers to:
- Check availability
- Reserve units
- Arrange DLD documentation
- Track project progress
- Work closely with CRM and lead management teams to follow up and convert leads effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal sales procedures
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client feedback, and developer performance
- Support and promote Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards within your area of responsibility
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- RERA certification is mandatory
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (preferably off-plan)
